Ocean Lodge is a four-bedroom EBD residential children’s home situated along the seafront in Herne Bay. As the most established and well-accredited home at Benecare, it provides a stable, structured, and supportive environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
The home features a comfortable living room with soft seating, a separate dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen – all styled with calming coastal-themed décor to reflect its seaside location.
Thanks to its prime position on the seafront, Ocean Lodge places a strong emphasis on outdoor activity and fresh air. Residents and staff regularly enjoy walks along the promenade, and take part in beach-based or community activities that support physical wellbeing and emotional regulation.
Ocean Lodge is supported by a dedicated and experienced staff team who provide consistent, individualised care and work closely with external professionals to meet each young person’s needs.
