Over the years we have often been gratified by individuals who have taken the time and trouble to comment favourably on what we do and how we do it – particularly from parents of the family of the children we care for.
Where comments are less favourable and critical, we see this as a proactive opportunity to learn lessons and improve our service. Our regulatory body adopts a positive approach with us when things go wrong occasionally; accepting that mistakes can be made and that we have the will and ability to correct matters.
Listed below are some of the positive contributions which we view as tributes to our children, Homes and staff.
