Deputy Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our specialist small children’s home You will be part of a small team of eight including the Registered Manager dealing with complex children’s residential care cases in a rural environment in Northeast Kent.

The home is a successful three bed Ofsted registered facility.

The applicant must have a strong track record as a Deputy with a minimum of two years’ experience.

This role is salaried at an enhanced level due to the nature of our work and the multi-agency dynamic which is crucial to our service provision. Starting salary will take account of age qualifications and experience and will be competitive for the sector.

There is also further opportunities for experienced Deputy Managers and support workers within the group.
