Residential Support Workers required for our Ramsgate, Herne Bay and Whitstable Homes.
We are looking for caring and supportive individuals who are able to look after children and young people in our 5 Ofsted registered Children’s Residential Homes.
All of our homes are situated within Kent; we provide homely and nurturing environments for children and young people aged from 8 to 18 in the Sittingbourne, Herne Bay, Ramsgate and Whitstable areas.

WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED :

We provide FREE training and are able to mentor new and inexperienced staff within our large staff group of experienced support workers, Managers and Senior Management team across all 5 of our Homes.
For an inexperienced, unqualified new staff member aged 25 or above, On Target Earnings are approximately £30,000 per annum – To Start.
This includes 2 sleep-ins per week and enhanced sleep-in payments of £40 per night.
Our overtime rate is generous at Time and a quarter payment per hour above the basic.
For any new staff with experience there are joining Bonus payments available at Manager levels-
- and of course, support workers with qualifications and residential child care experience will enjoy a very generous payment grade above our starter rate; including Senior and Deputy levels.
